Sometimes on our journey we need extra help to be able to get unstuck or sort out what is right for us so we can honor where we are on our journey. If you are wondering if an Inner Voice Intuitive Counseling package is right for you please read further! This option is for folks who really want to know themselves deeply and understand and tend who they have been while valuing who they are becoming. This can take courage, a deepening empathy for self, perseverance, curiosity, and patience. If these are skills you are still developing it can help to have an empathic supportive non-judgmental witness as a guide.
Inner Voice Intuitive Counseling can help you notice, honor, value and celebrate the rising parts in you. Our cultures and families often give lip-service to this inner work but when we embark on it, we sometimes feel unsupported and overwhelmed by our own processes and expectations of ourselves.
You are ready for this option if you feel overwhelmed or stuck, or if you are dealing with something that feels too big. You are ready if you are feeling really different in your own skin and looking for a more authentic fit. Unlike more traditional counseling models, I will help you listen to all parts of yourself and together we will unearth tools and strategies which you have always possessed. We will also look at the unique ways your inner voice speaks to you so you can find meaningful paths to follow it and to feed your soul in your daily life as well.
These packages are available in a series of 20, 12 , 8 or more. These packages are customized to the client. They can include options listed on this site as well if that is of interest to you. I strive to create customized care that will fit your needs at the time you seek services, while noticing too what is appropriate as you begin to grow with the work. Different people are just that--different. Some love Chakra work while others resonate with dream work or would benefit from a more body centered approach like Reiki or deep focusing. and somatic work. It is important that we design care with you in mind.
When you choose a package I ask that you complete a short form that helps me to understand some of what brings you here. I also ask that you sign a contract for the sessions we will do. We usually have a telephone conversation about what you think brings you to this point and I'll suggest some different things to focus on or notice as a way to get you ready for the work we will be embarking on ...
