Our western world has the tendency to pathologize our stress, pain, and ways of coping. This can leave us feeling alienated, stigmatized and lonely. This tendency to label and diagnose our experiences does little to help us identify our strengths, and unique ways of growing and being with ourselves. Our indigenous nature based brothers and sisters understood that we were beings breed in and through nature. We all have ways of growing that mirror the nature around us. The Four Sacred Elements--Earth, Air, Fire and Water offer us ways to embrace our unique elemental patterns & honor our innate being, what I call our alchemical home. In these sessions you will learn to connect with and recognize your own elemental make-up. They start with an intuitive reading in which I help you learn to tap into this elemental intelligence. You will more easily be able to easily and closely recognize the needs of your mind, body, heart and soul through this awareness.
