Chakra Balancing meditation is a subtle, and  yet powerful way to realign the energies of your body, mind, heart and soul. This treatment re balances you and as part of a practice, provides gentle inner guidance.  It is also the best way I know of to move through energetic blocks. This process not only helps you recognize and restore your natural energies, but it shifts you toward greater receptivity and purposeful action in your life. This makes you more able to embrace qualities of renewed joy, meaning light, life, and vigor.

Chakras work by speaking to us archetypally through the use of colors and corresponding feelings.  These energy vortexes spin, drawing us toward and away from emotions, colors, experiences and active states of energy. Through a process of toning sounds these chakras can be balanced, charged  and reset. 

Let me help you understand where and how these energies are activated in your system. As well as where they may be blocked from deeper more meaningful expressions. A chakra balancing session helps you understand this energy system. I do this by intuiting which colors and feeling states you are drawn too and which you move away from. This guides me in in understanding which chakras are your biggest allies and helpers. I can also help you connect with animal totems as a part of this work.
