Working with your dreams can also be a truly transformational experience.  Dream work is a powerful way to close a chapter or turn a corner on something new in your life.  All dreams ask different things of us. Often one that feels incomplete in some way is best to explore or tend. Good dreams to be worked may stick in your head or excite you. We start by having you share all the details of the dream. I take notice of where the energy in the dream seems amplified. I then ask you where the energy feels most potent for you.  Then together we determine where the dream is richest and holds the most energy for you. When we hit that place, I  have you close your eyes so that you can get a deeper felt-sense of the image, scene or feelings that accompanying it. The fullest dreamscape. Depending on the underlying energy, I  help you explore what the symbol is asking for... This can be a range of things. Maybe it's attention, movement, deeper awareness, letting go, grief work, a way to bridge the dream energies "wish" with the waking world. These are just some of many possibilities...
